Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to ensure
enough time to check in and receive your full service.
Unopened merchandise may be returned within 7 days for store credit only.
Services are non-refundable. Store credit is issued only.
Our gift certificates never expire unless it is a donation. They are non-refundable.
In a case of lost or stolen certificate it cannot be replaced or reproduced by the salon.
We are not responsible for any personal belongings, clothing, jewelry, cell phones, etc.that are lost or stolen.
Method of Payment
We accept credit cards with a $50.00 minimum, cash or checks.
Checks that are returned will be assessed a $50 service charge.
We do not accept out of state checks. Gratuities are appreciated and are at your discretion,
however, we are not able to charge them to the cost of service(s).
In consideration to our other customers, please give a 24 hour notice to cancel your appointment.
Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled treatment.
